Champion Karate is hosting a special Sparring Session focused on safe, structured, and age-appropriate kumite practice. This session is designed to help students improve timing, distance control, confidence, and decision-making in a controlled training environment.

• 2:00 – 3:30 PM — Ages 9–12
• 3:30 – 5:00 PM — Ages 5–8
• 5:00 – 6:30 PM — Ages 13+
